The double room we stayed in was neat and compact with a reasonably spacious bathroom that included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Staff was very, very helpful with planning excursions and providing dining & pub recommendations. The location, while very hard to find initially, proved to be very convenient. Parking was very challenging, but the staff was helpful in providing directions and helpful hints for the best options available. The room, although cramped for 4 people, was clean, modern and pleasantly furnished.

Very hard to find. Location is not right on Eyre Square as website suggested, so we had great difficulty finding Eyre Street (and finding a local who could point us in the right direction). Location turned out to be very convenient and quiet, however, but a map and written directions on the website would save a great deal of frustration for guests. The room we rented was advertised as a quad, but it was very cramped for 4 people...could barely squeeze into the the bathroom past the edge of one of the beds. Additional shelves and counter space in both the bath and bedroom areas would have been helpful.

the a double room was compact and new-fashioned, with central heating, multi-channel television, coffee and tea making equipment. really enjoyed walk-in showers in my private bathroom. location: the hotel was just off the adjacent restaurant as well as the department store.

The bed was small, that's sad thing.

Great location next to a charming church 🏰. the room I booked was modern and bright, with a cozy bed, soft towels, and a heater to keep warm.

Nice room and very close to city centre.

It was not the hotel, but our door did not lock. There was no other room so we had to stay there! However, I have to say, staff very good and we got money off!
